Sell Stuff on eBay
Help Fight the Antis
2/4/10
With 2010 upon us, the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance Foundation (USSAF) is working to block new attacks on our outdoor traditions and needs your help! EBay has a great feature that gives you the chance to make a donation right to the USSAF based on the proceeds you make from selling items on the website. You’ll be helping defend your rights, make some money from your item, and gain a tax write-off. When you decide to sell your next item, visit the USSAF’s page on eBay’s “Giving Works” site. There you’ll be allowed to donate a portion of the proceeds from the item you sell to the USSAF. You can donate from 10 to 100 percent. All you have to do is follow the simple instructions on the page found under the “sell” tab. Once your item sells, your donation is automatically collected and sent to the USSAF. You are also provided with a receipt for taxes. “With legal, legislative and public relation battles looming around every corner, the USSAF needs your support today,” said Bud Pidgeon, USSAF president and CEO. “Thanks to eBay and their program, you can help protect your sports, enjoy some tax relief, while at the same time make money for yourself.” For more information contact, shayden@ussportsmen.org.
